Contact and inquiry information

JET receives the information you deliberately submit in a form, such as your name, contact details, property context, message, and the contact or optional marketing permissions shown with that form. Opening a form, viewing a report, changing a privacy setting, or visiting a page does not create an inquiry and does not grant contact permission.

JETstream email

JETstream signup is separate from an inquiry, My JET account, property alert, and sales lead. The form asks only for an email address and the exact JETstream-only email permission shown beside an unchecked box. It does not ask for a name or phone number, and choosing it does not authorize calls, texts, property alerts, or sales follow-up.

In Production, JET keeps the email address, permission record and time, technical idempotency value, and a one-way network hash used to limit abuse. A subscription becomes active only after the address uses the explicit confirmation button on the private confirmation page; opening the link alone changes nothing. Every JETstream update can include a private unsubscribe link, and the explicit unsubscribe button stops future JETstream email. Preview signup checks do not create a subscription, store the form, or send email.

Necessary technology

Necessary technology supports security, sign-in, saved privacy choices, forms, and features you request. Google Places is a functional location-suggestion service: it is not loaded when the page opens and is requested only after you begin typing in an enabled location field. Manual entry remains available if it is unavailable.

JET uses Vercel BotID as necessary security technology to verify the integrity of the browser session behind a protected inquiry submission. It works without a visible CAPTCHA, verifies a browser session rather than a person’s identity, and does not create or change contact or marketing permission. This check occurs before JET’s server parses, accepts, or forwards the submitted form body.

Google Places use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms.

Analytics and advertising choices

Analytics and advertising measurement are off until you choose them. With analytics permission, privacy-limited Vercel Analytics may help JET understand useful site pages. Query strings and fragments are removed, and private, member, sign-in, alert, report, and privacy pages are excluded.

With advertising permission, JET can activate the Google Ads tag and Meta Pixel only on eligible public pages. JET removes allowlisted UTM parameters from the visible address. When Google measurement is configured, narrowly validated Google click parameters may remain so Google's tag can associate an ad click with an accepted seller or buyer inquiry. Google may also receive a supported Google click identifier from JET's temporary first-touch record when initializing on a clean address. Meta measurement allows a single validated Meta click identifier (fbclid) in the address so the Pixel can associate an ad click with a visit. Each platform is blocked by other remaining query parameters, including the other platform's identifiers.

The Meta Pixel can report a public-page view, an eligible Rental DNA visit, and that a durable inquiry was accepted. Meta receives the public page address, including its own click identifier when present; a listing-detail address can identify the public listing viewed. These browser events do not include the inquiry form, receipt, name, email, phone, message, submitted property details, or form permissions. JET's Meta implementation disables automatic configuration, does not supply advanced-matching fields, and does not use the Conversions API.

Google and Meta may process page, device, browser, network, cookie, and advertising-event information under their own terms. Google documents _gcl_ conversion-measurement cookies as lasting 90 days; that Google-controlled period is separate from JET's four-hour browser-tab record. This website implementation does not use enhanced conversions, GA4, or GTM. Customer-list advertising

Separately from this website's browser measurement, JET may use eligible customer contact identifiers from records previously provided in connection with JET's real-estate services to create a Meta Custom Audience or Google Customer Match audience. The platforms compare those identifiers for audience matching so JET can show relevant ads without forcing a call, text, or email conversation. Records JET has marked opted out, invalid, suppressed, or otherwise ineligible are excluded from new audience files.

The Advertising choice on this site controls Google and Meta technology in this browser. It does not grant contact permission, change the permissions recorded with a form, or by itself add or remove a record from a separately prepared customer-list audience. To request audience-list suppression, use the contact information below. Customer-list use is subject to the Meta Custom Audience Terms and Google Customer Match policy.

First-touch advertising information

JET can hold allowlisted UTM and Google click identifiers temporarily in its own session storage for up to four hours so your choice can survive same-site navigation. This four-hour limit applies only to JET's tab-scoped record, not storage controlled by Google after you allow the Google Ads tag. UTM parameters are removed after arrival; Google's own click parameters may remain in the address for its consent-gated tag to read. JET clears its temporary record if you decline or revoke advertising measurement, enable Global Privacy Control, close the tab, or the record expires. The visible link and Google-controlled advertising storage are not subject to JET's four-hour limit. An initial landing URL may still appear in ordinary hosting or network logs before browser code runs.

If you allow advertising measurement under the current privacy choice and submit an inquiry, JET may save a recognized campaign label, platform, audience group and ad variant with that inquiry, along with the recorded choice and arrival times. This helps JET distinguish Google ads, Meta broad-audience ads and Meta historical-buyer audience ads. These internal labels remain with the inquiry under the retention practices below; they do not expire when the four-hour browser record expires. Google and Meta click identifiers, arbitrary tracking text, search terms and referrers are not copied into the inquiry. Declining advertising or enabling Global Privacy Control prevents this collection on future submissions. Changing your browser choice does not erase information already submitted; contact JET about an existing record.

Meta's click identifier may remain in the visible address. JET does not copy it into its first-touch record or inquiry form. Only after advertising permission, Meta Pixel may read it and manage its own advertising cookies, including _fbc. Those Meta-controlled cookies and the visible link are not subject to JET's four-hour first-touch limit. If you decline advertising or use Global Privacy Control, JET does not load the Pixel or send Meta measurement events.

Your controls

Necessary, analytics, and advertising choices are separate. Saved choices expire after 180 days. Global Privacy Control keeps browser advertising measurement off. You can change future browser collection at any time; a later change cannot retract an event already sent under a prior choice. Customer-list suppression requests are handled separately because those audiences are not controlled by this browser setting.

JET retains information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. JET does not treat a privacy setting as permission for marketing outreach and does not sell raw inquiry information through this website.
